SK hynix’s universal flash storage (UFS) for automotive systems employs state-of-the-art 7th Gen. (176 Layers) 4D V-NAND with its own NAND flash controller and the provided interfaces include 64GB~512GB UFS 3.1 and 64GB~256GB UFS2.1, all which meet JEDEC standards.

SK hynix provides UFS3.1 and UFS2.1, which deliver superior performance that complies with JEDEC standards. Its UFS line-up comes in a wide range of capacities from 64GB to 512GB.
The Ideal Quality for Automotive Systems
SK hynix’s automotive UFS supports AEC-Q100 Grade2 and AEC-Q104 temperature requirements in light of a wide-ranging automotive environment.
In addition, development took place in compliance with A-SPICE standard to deliver better quality, and to ensure safety following the widespread use of autonomous vehicles, products align with ISO26262 Standard for Functional Safety, providing safety manuals and supporting H/W FMEDA, FMEA and DFA.
