For Retail Customers: Individual customers are required to provide a two-sided Citizen Identity Card or passport, email, phone number, and any devices brought for work (bring a laptop if needed) for registration. After submitting the request form, they will join the technical department of VDO for further processing.
For businesses: Businesses need to register a customer code and provide the company name, tax identification number, address, phone number, a two-sided Citizen Identity Card, email, and any devices brought for work (bring a laptop if needed).
Personnel registering to work and entering with a customer code will be directed to their designated area in case of renting a private rack space. If renting a shared rack space, they will join the technical department of VDO.
Bring the exact devices initially registered when entering the server room, along with personal identification documents such as a Citizen Identity Card or passport.
