Basically UFS 3.1 is a high-speed memory chip thanks to parallel stream data transfer technology, meaning UFS 3.1 memory can be both read and written at the same time. While the previous generation memory chip was eMMC, it could only read or write at a time, making data access speed significantly slower. With Samsung's latest UFS 3.1, the speed reaches about 2100/1200 MB/s.
