The 12GB LPDDR4X (Low Power, Double Data Rate, 4X) RAM memory for mobile devices is created by combining 6 16 Gigabit (Gb) LPDDR4X chips based on the advanced 10nm manufacturing process.

Compared to the previous version, LPDDR3, LPDDR4X has expanded bandwidth, the number of buffer bits has also doubled from 8 to 16 bits, allowing for faster processing speed, without causing jerks or lag like old version. The maximum RAM capacity has also been increased compared to the old version, paving the way for the increasingly strong configuration war between major brands today.

Although they share the same transfer speed of 4,266 MB/s, LPDDR4X RAM is smaller, taking up less space.
