LPDDR4 RAM can provide up to 50% performance increase compared to LPDDR3 RAM. With the old RAM line, the measured bandwidth on the product provided by Samsung reached 12.8GB/s, but with the new RAM technology this speed is significantly increased to 25.6GB/s.

Using LPDDR4 4GB will increase memory bandwidth, allowing faster data transfer speeds between RAM and the device's processor and memory. In addition to the expanded bandwidth, the number of buffer bits also doubled from 8 to 16 bits, which makes the processing speed of tasks faster, without causing lag like the old version.
