LPDDR5X is a standard RAM dedicated to mobile device screens such as smartphones. Samsung's LPDDR5X DRAM has achieved good speeds of up to 8.5 Gbps, twice as fast as LPDDR4X (4.2Gbps). By optimizing the signal speed environment between application processing and memory Samsung's LPDDR5X achieves this.

This speed helps the phone process more data and faster in 1 second. The performance of the device will increase greatly, while saving up to 20% more battery compared to phone models using standard old RAM.

Previously, Samsung's new DRAM surpassed the speed of 7.5 Gbps in March 2022.
